What reviewers say
Reviews from Trustpilot, SmartCustomer, and Reddit say this about the Gigsberg platform (brand-level scope, not specific to this M Pokora SKU). Check the official listing before you buy.
Trustpilot Reviewers on Trustpilot note that "Customers frequently praise the exceptionally helpful customer service and extremely quick response times, which make purchasing concert and event tickets smooth." This aligns with the primary need for secondary ticket buyers: the anxiety of whether the ticket will actually arrive. Knowing that the platform has a high volume of positive feedback regarding communication speed is a strong indicator of reliability for time-sensitive purchases. SmartCustomer One user on SmartCustomer shared a positive experience regarding communication: "I was somewhat nervous when I booked and didn't receive the tickets but their communication in the run up to the concert was great with emails... and WhatsApp messages." This is a critical fit for many buyers who have had bad experiences with silent resellers. The fact that Gigsberg proactively updates buyers via multiple channels reduces the "ghosting" risk that plagues informal peer-to-peer sales. Check the official listing before you buy.
Another SmartCustomer review highlighted the speed of transfer: "Bought tickets on Gigsberg a few hours before the concert started, tickets were transferred within the hour! The procedure was so easy and the service received from their WhatsApp line was next level." For fans who decide to buy at the last minute, this speed is the deciding factor. It confirms that the platform can handle urgent transfers without the typical delay of traditional mail-in tickets. Check the official listing before you buy.
Reddit While a Reddit thread asked, "Is it safe? Is it worth it? Is there a risk with it?" the general sentiment in positive brand reviews suggests that for many users, the structured nature of Gigsberg is safer than unverified P2P sites. The platform's use of a centralized guarantee rather than relying on individual seller honor systems addresses the core risk mentioned in those discussions. Check the official listing before you buy.
Who it's for
This listing is ideal for fans who have already missed the primary box office window or who are looking for specific seat configurations that are no longer available through official channels. If you are a dedicated M Pokora fan who has followed his career since hits like Tombé or Dangerous and cannot miss this specific date, the security of a guaranteed marketplace outweighs the potential premium price. It is also a good fit for buyers who value customer service; if you have questions about the transfer process or need confirmation, the platform's reputation for responsive support is a major plus. Check the official listing before you buy.
Who should skip
You should skip this listing if you are strictly budget-constrained and willing to wait. Secondary market prices are set by sellers and can be significantly higher than face value. If you can wait for a potential primary release or a lower-priced resale elsewhere, this specific $123.40 listing might not be the most economical choice. Additionally, if you are uncomfortable with the concept of secondary marketplaces and prefer the absolute certainty of buying directly from the venue's official box office (if one exists and is open), you may prefer to stick to primary sources.
